Common questions
Is this real trading?
No. Finn is a simulator. Every price is real historical market data, but the money
is not, there is no brokerage account, and nothing in Finn is investment advice.
Why do the company names look different?
Real companies appear under fictional names. Turn on Show Real Tickers in Settings
to see the real names and tickers.
I lost my progress.
Your progress lives on your device unless you sign in. Sign in with Apple to sync
it, so it survives a reinstall and follows you to a new device.
How do I delete my data?
Profile, then Delete Account (once you are signed in), removes your account and everything stored on the
server. Deleting the app removes what is on your device. To have analytics events
deleted as well, email the address above.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Ads are always optional, always something you choose to open, and declining one
costs you nothing but that optional reward. Everything in Finn is reachable without
watching a single ad.
